Darryl Bass

Darryl Bass brings more than 20 years of experience in the personnel and human resources arena to Cultural Resources. Prior to joining the DCR team, he served as human resources manager at the Office of Administrative Hearings and as the human resources manager for the Division of Mental Health in the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services.

As director of Human Resources for Cultural Resources, Bass oversees the range of human resources concerns including staffing, employee relations, workman’s compensation, policy development and implementation, group classifications and equal employment opportunity.

Bass is a graduate of Campbell University and holds a B. A. degree in Business Administration.
